Running our community dog walks every Thursday starting at 11 at the cafe. First walk in February sees Pets and Pals do Time to Talk' a mental health awareness event going on in hundreds of venues up and down the country. Come and have your say and we'll feature you on our website.

From the 9th of January we will continue meeting Thursday at the Croissant cafe 57 Holt Rd L7. Walk to a local park at 11am returning to the cafe for lunch. The led walk may on occasion be cancelled due to lack of a volunteer to take on the role.

This month sees the return of our successful dog show in Phythian Park on Bank Holiday Monday.

We meet every Thursday in July at Holt Roads dog-friendliest cafe at 11am.

Every Thursday throughout June (except the 20th} we will have a community walk so will meet at the Croissant community cafe at 11am and visit Wavertree Botanic Park dogs before returning to the cafe for refreshments.
On the 20th we are taking part in an event for Refugee Week. Its nearby the cafe at the Life Bank called "Our Kenny" and is on from 11-2. Food, entertainments etc.

May Activities
The thursday walks are starting up in the second Thursday of May as there is loads going on at the Croissant, building and the like, as Kensington Vision prepares for the Radio Station going live in the summer. Busy Busy Busy but the dogs continue to be welcome, helping to calm everyone down. and cheer everyone up in equal measure.

July Activities
Join us on our weekly walk every Thursday in April at 11am. We meet at the local community cafe on Holt Road called The Croissant. We take a walk in nearby Wavertree Park and return to the cafe for refreshments. Lovely homemade vegetarian food served at the cafe and the first cuppa is on us!
November Activities
Its official, no more summer time-the clocks go forward but we meet every Thursday morning at 11 at the Croissant cafe Holt Road L6. We then head off to lovely Wavertree Botanic Park what ever the weather an return to the cafe for a warming and a welcome. There is a free drink on us but the vegetarian cafe has lovely homemade food on offer at very reasonable prices.
October Activities
This month sees our regular Thursday meet up at the Croissant Cafe continuing as well as appearing in the Liverpool Mental health festival; a two week festival with all manner of activities promoting mental health and an awareness of the issues pertaining to it. Here is a link to the brochure, all the 40 or so events are free and a couple of venues are dog friendly too, namely The Caledonia Pub (1st) and The Brink in Parr Street has a number of events on throughout the two week program.

This month we are keeping it simple-it suits us, why not join us every Thursday for a stroll with our dogs in a lovely park, the oldest in Liverpool no less before heading back to one of Liverpools newest dog friendly venues.

The December Sefton Park Community Walk is this Thursday, 4th December.

The next walk at Sefton Park is on thursday the 6th of November. We will be sunning ourselves under glorious clear skies, waiting for you to arrive at the park entrance on the top of Lark Lane at midday. The park is looking lovely this time of year with all the leaves changing colour- if its your first time, we'll be the motley looking crew hanging round with some scruffy mutts!

At Central Library at 1.30pm Richard will be presenting an account of how the human/dog relationship has inspired him to develop the Pets and Pals project.
